Penerangan pekerjaanMandarin speaker preferred Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency Ability to communicate in written professional English Experience in live chat and email reply is fundamental The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Experience in customer service and / or call center High school diploma or equivalent Mobile Gaming : 1 year (Required) Live chat : 1 year (Required) Customer service : 1 year (Required) Schedule : Rotational Shift (willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays) Basic Salary : RM 3,000 100% Work from home Medical benefits Paid training Advancement opportunities – 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within
