As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving attendance, engagement, and conversion across our webinar and offline preview sessions. You will be responsible for executing structured follow-up calls with leads and participants—before and after each event—to ensure high attendance rates, warm lead nurturing, and effective ticket closures. This role demands excellent communication skills, CRM discipline, and a proactive, empathetic approach to customer engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Pre-Webinar Calls
- Call registered participants before each scheduled webinar to remind and confirm attendance.
- Share details (date, time, Zoom link) and reassure them to reduce no-shows.
- After-Webinar Follow-up
- For attendees : call to reinforce webinar takeaways, handle simple objections, and directly close them into offline preview class tickets.
- For no-shows : re-engage and invite them to the next webinar session.
- Ensure proper documentation in CRM of outcomes (closed, pending, or declined).
- Post-Webinar RSVP Calls
- Call participants who registered for offline preview classes.
- Confirm RSVP and provide logistics (venue, time, parking, preparation notes).
- Ensure firm commitment to attend.
- Follow-up with Old Leads
- Call past leads who did not register or attend.
- Warm them up and encourage RSVP or direct registration for the next offline preview.
- Update CRM with status and track outcomes.
