(Korean Speaker) Travel Platform - Customer Service Executive
You will be serving a world famous airlines / travel agency.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservation.
- Act as a liaison between customer and airlines / hotel to arrange special request / to resolve complaint.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent level (Native)Candidate must possess at least an TOPIK4 or above (Non-Native)Required language(s) : English & KoreanAble to relocate to MalaysiaFresh graduates are welcomed to applyWorking hours : Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours per day including 1 hour lunch and 30minutes break)
