HR Sales Consultant

to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our

HR consultancy and services packages

to corporate clients (B2B). This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills and existing business networks who prefer flexibility and

unlimited income potential

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential corporate clients across various industries, including F&B, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, education, construction & engineering, design & creative, professional services, healthcare, IT & technology, logistics, hospitality, real estate, Services Sector and more.
• Promote and sell HR consultancy, outsourcing, and service packages to businesses.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their HR requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline.
• This is a

commission-based job

and not salary-based. You can
