We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the role of Permanent Headhunter Freelance. This position is essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting, human resources, and relationship management, with a focus on both technical and executive recruiting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate various recruitment platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop Permanent Headhunting business as freelance business partner.
• Work Location : Remote.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
• Enjoy flexibility of working from home or office at own preferred schedule.
• Entitled to sales commission based on number of Permanent job orders secured.
• No basic salary allocation, but fully based on profit sharing for all freelancer business partners.
• Suitable for retired HR professionals or Corporate management team within manufacturing, services, logistics and all others relevant industries.
• Full job training will be provided.
• Prefer those with own laptop and relevant HR experiences.
• New Freelancer partner will be allocated some existing job orders to work on for first few months grace period.
• Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
