Production Supervisor cum Environmental Officer

Rock Powder Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Production Supervisor Cum Environmental Officer to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of quality products
• Monitor production processes and machinery to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Implement and maintain production schedules, workflow, and inventory control systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaise with the environmental team to manage waste disposal, emissions, and other environmental concerns
• Provide training and development opportunities for the production team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production and address customer requirements
