About Our Client

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
  • Analyze production data to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Supervise and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing practices within the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
