Job Position
Investment Executive (2pax)
- IPO (Pre-IPO & IPO) listing
- Valuation and financial modelling (Building financial model and performed valuation analysis including financial projections, discounted cash flows analysis, comparable company analysis and precedent transaction analysis & conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis based on the valuation outcome)
- Independent advisory
- Coordinating and monitoring the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and due diligence working group
- Preparation of slide deck for audit and risk management committee and board meeting
- Merger and Acquisition which includes Preparation of teaser and information memorandum for acquisition of a hypermarket as well as lands, performing financial analysis, business market position and conducting market and industry research & preparation of materials for mergers and acquisition origination
- Other ad hoc task assigned
Summary of Job Description
Contribute to tasks in all phases of the deal transaction, from origination, execution, documentation up to deal closing.Assist in the preparation of term sheets, mandates, proposals, presentation kits, etc for all prospective deals.Conduct research and analysis in preparation of market update, data gathering and sales pitches.Assist the team in the transaction execution and to prepare and review all required documentation.Review financial models including formulating and re-working these models for internal credit and external rating.Liaising with various internal stakeholders within Bradbury Asset Management.Qualifications and Requirements
You should have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree / MBA from a recognized university in Finance, and or Banking, Project Management and Acquisitions.Minimum 3 to 5 years in the field with acquired contacts and relevant business markersCandidate is required to secure license to be involved in Permitted Capital Market Activities - Advising on Corporate Finance.Investment banking experience and strong background in knowing markets related to investmentsOutstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, pro-active and self-motivatedCompany acquisitions and project-based management skills is a requirementPossesses high level of drive and initiative to execute his / her tasks.Possess strong valuation / credit analysis skills and proficient in financial modeling.Advanced proficiency with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.Meticulous, strong team player with an inquisitive mind, excellent people skills, driven, independent, reliable, and highly adaptable to changes.Possess strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.Benefits and Compensation
