Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor department heads to foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational priorities and growth strategies.
• Identify and address operational risks while implementing solutions to mitigate them.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Director should have :

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of operational management and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
