Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to take the helm in shaping Chemin's vision.

As a Senior Product Manager at Chemin, you will :

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Chemin’s proprietary annotation platforms, tools, and core features.
• Envision forward‑looking solutions that address current and emerging challenges, exploring innovative ideas that push the product forward.
• Translate business needs and market insights into actionable product plans, balancing strategic priorities with technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact products from conception to deployment.
• Build alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity in priorities, trade‑offs, and timelines, guiding the team to focus on delivering the greatest impact and value.
• Conduct research and gather user insights to shape a clear product direction and frame problem statements for the team.
• Define the minimum viable solution that delivers user value and validates your assumptions quickly, shipping early and iterating quickly.
• Anticipate market shifts and emerging technologies to ensure Chemin’s products remain competitive and future‑proof in the market.
• Define clear success metrics and use data‑driven insights to evaluate product performance and inform iteration.
• Champion product excellence by fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of ownership within your team.
