Job Title : Compliance Executive

1. Position Overview
The Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves monitoring, reviewing, and implementing compliance frameworks, as well as liaising with relevant authorities to mitigate risks and safeguard the company's legal standing.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the company's operations.
- Keep abreast of changes in legal and regulatory requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documents to regulatory bodies, including business licenses, permits, and certifications.
B. Policy Implementation & Monitoring
Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating the company's compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs.Conduct periodic reviews and internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies.Recommend corrective actions for any identified non-compliance issues.C. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and files.Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities when required.Document all regulatory interactions and inspections for reference and audit purposes.D. Liaison & Coordination
Liaise with relevant authorities, government agencies, and industry bodies on compliance-related matters.Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into operational processes.Provide guidance to staff on compliance procedures and best practices.E. Risk Management
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Support management in implementing risk management frameworks.Ensure proper follow-up and closure of compliance-related issues.
