ISO & Compliance Executive

About the role

Join our team at Esco Micro (M) Sdn Bhd as an ISO & Compliance Executive. This full-time position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in ensuring our company maintains the highest standards of quality and compliance within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and maintain document control processes and procedures related to Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD), ISO & other related documents
• Conduct internal & external audits to assess compliance with GDPMD & ISO standards and regulations
• Identify and address non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Service, Purchasing) to gather and verify document requirements
• Organize and maintain the filing system for all company documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed
• Ensure that all document are current, properly formatted, and accessible to relevant personnel
• Stay up-to-date with changes in ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of document processed, including version control and change logs
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Prepare and submit regular reports on document status, compliance, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of management review meetings and provide recommendations for continual improvement
