Manage administrative functions for the Compliance (QSR) Department (HR, finance, purchasing, documentation).Assist in managing documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and proper storage.Work with SHE regional teams and site Heads to ensure PPE adequacy and timely delivery.Compile and monitor compliance reports as required by authorities (DOE, DOSH, FMA, etc.), policies, and SOPs.Liaise with vendors / contractors to ensure adherence to SHE policies and procedures.Prepare monthly performance reports for the Head of Compliance.Organize and monitor Safety & Health and Environmental Committee meetings, including inspections and reporting.Conduct and support SHE campaigns, induction, and training programs.Monitor the Emergency Response Team (ERT) at HQ and support its effectiveness.Act as Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 / 13485 / 14001 / 45001) and Supplier Auditor (after training).Participate in internal, external, and third-party audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.Handle grievances, complaints, and feedback from local authorities.Perform other duties as assigned by the company.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
