What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets (your financial blueprint for success).
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to make sure everything adds up.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Track and control project costs while spotting opportunities to save.
  • Provide clear financial updates and progress reports to project teams and clients.
  • Support tender and bid preparations to win new projects.
  • Ensure projects meet regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers)

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a QS.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry practices.
  • Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Great communicator with strong teamwork and client-handling skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations and standards.
