Job Responsibilities
- Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, journals, and invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Provide support during audits or tax filings
- Perform other duties as assigned
