About the Role : We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper (Real Estate / property management experience preferred) to manage our daily financial transactions and records. This role is essential for maintaining accurate books, ensuring flawless reconciliation of trust accounts, and supporting our agents with clear financial reporting. You will play a critical role in meeting financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the real estate trust accounting, including receipts, disbursements, and monthly reconciliations. Process and reconcile all office account transactions using Xero, Property Tree & PropertyMe Prepare and process end-of-month statements for landlords, including calculation of management fees and disbursements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Process payroll and handle superannuation contributions. Prepare monthly BAS / IAS statements and assist with year-end financial reporting. Liaise with property managers, landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding financial queries. Ensure strict adherence to all legislative requirements governing trust accounts. Assist the Principal and Management Team with financial reporting and analysis. What We Offer
