Are you an experienced Foreman looking for a new challenge? Saifzie Enterprise' is seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team in Bukit Jelutong Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and leading a team of skilled technicians and mechanics
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Scheduling and coordinating the workflow to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team
- Liaising with customers and managing their expectations
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary parts and supplies
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
