To drive this growth, we are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand development of Gentlewoman in Malaysia. This pivotal role will manage the brand's identity, campaigns, and market presence, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful customer engagement across all channels. The Brand Manager will also oversee the 360° marketing plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with principals, agencies, and partners to strengthen the brand's position in the market.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5–8 years' experience in brand management, marketing, or retail category management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
3. Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing A&P budgets, and driving brand growth.
4. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
