Service Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaan2-3 years of experience in a similar technical services job. Experience in inspection supply or printing machinery would be a bonus. Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a good team player. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems; can read and draw basic drawings. Familiar with office software, such as Office and WPS; know how to use AutoCAD at a basic level.

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection systems, and machine acceptance.
- Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
- Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
