Join us as an Implementation Engineer and help businesses transform their customer communication. Our client builds the digital bridges that connect leading brands to their customers. You will be at the heart of implementing their platform, which powers seamless conversations through branded mobile apps, corporate websites, and other critical digital touchpoints.

Location : Kuala Lumpur (Open to Malaysian citizens only - no visa sponsorship)

About the role

As an Implementation engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects, driving end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for understanding complex project requirements, coordinating resources, and managing multiple concurrent projects without compromising on quality or attention to detail. Your involvement will span every project phase, including design, implementation, acceptance testing, go‑live, and post-launch support. A key part of your role will be to identify and evaluate technology solutions that solve business problems, capitalize on opportunities, and ensure the realization of intended business benefits.

Technical Skills and Experience Requirements

• Required :
• Minimum of 2 years of development or support experience in Telecommunication projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Core Java, Servlets, JSP, MQ, and Webservices.
• Basics of Windows, Linux.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Telecommunication / Contact Centre domain knowledge.
• AWS or any other cloud platform knowledge.
• Experience supporting Windows servers.
• Advantageous :
• Strong foundational understanding of programming languages such as Java, C, or C++.
• Working experience on UNIX or Linux systems.
