Marketing Dealer (Futures)

Hong Leong Investment Bank – Damansara, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Futures business objectives, as well as support dealing operations to meet business targets.

Plan and implement marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Create marketing materials, collaterals, and content to promote Futures products and services.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing, branding, and promotional activities to enhance visibility and drive sales.

Monitor and review clients' trading position to meet the margin requirement and trading limit.

Coordinate with Settlements and Credit Control departments on client margin and trading-related matters.

Provide support to customers on order execution, market and funds updates as well as other enquiries.

Prepare market research reports to support business decisions.

Assist in client onboarding, including participating in marketing activities and recruiting new clients.

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking or Business Administration or any other equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in futures industry.
• Well-versed in fundamental and technical analysis.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Shortlisted candidate will be required to obtain a Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) in dealing in derivatives, issue by the Securities Commission Licensing Authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and design (Canva, etc)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and BM. Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and keen interest are welcomed to apply.
