Role : Head of Performance Marketing. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves building and managing a team of performance marketers and overseeing Brands’ digital marketing activity on ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee) and brand.com (Google, Facebook, TikTok) for Singapore and Malaysia. Strong project management is required to ensure timely deliveries to clients and campaigns across regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead SG+ MY portfolio and a group of marketers to achieve client and company goals
- Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for clients across marketplaces, platforms, and properties, aligned with brand goals and current trends
- Ensure consistent planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of visibility campaigns to meet brand objectives and deliver a stellar customer experience
- Review performance of key metrics against goals, benchmarks, and prior performance
- Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, optimizations, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach
- Raise the bar for eCommerce practice by evaluating offerings and adopting best-in-class services, technology, and processes
- Support your team to drive Marketing for the markets with excellence
- Establish relationships with clients to ensure revenues and identify other revenue opportunities
- Build strong relationships with digital partners (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
- Ability to drive Full Funnel Marketing is an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum 6+ years of relevant Marketing experience in Ecommerce, with knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok OR experience in full-funnel setups (Google, Meta, Dv360)Experience in commercial teams within e-commerce is a plusTeam management experience is requiredStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-makingProject management for meeting deadlines and coordinating tasksExcellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and negotiation skillsAbility to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into activation plansExperience in leading Business Reviews with strong presentation skillsExperience in developing digital campaigns for brand and acquisition objectivesAnalytical skills to analyze data and propose performance improvementsExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsWhat we offer
