Consultant | Business Analyst role in the Insurance space seeking to join a Finance Transformation team focused on implementing and optimizing actuarial processes, including IFRS 17 standards, to enable faster and more insight-driven financial reporting. About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-impact Finance Transformation team driving the implementation and optimization of actuarial processes across the organization. You will work closely with actuarial and finance stakeholders to analyze existing processes, design automation solutions, and support global implementation initiatives that modernize and standardize financial reporting practices. Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of actuarial process optimization solutions with a focus on IFRS 17 reporting. Analyze and document existing actuarial reporting workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement. Build production-ready solutions and reusable global processes across multiple business units. Support end-to-end implementation, including testing, solution documentation, and stakeholder training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of transformation initiatives. What We’re Looking For

Experience in finance transformation or process improvement projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of actuarial reporting cycles and standards (e.g., IFRS 17, Embedded Value, RBC). Ability to solve complex problems and present solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, MS Word, Confluence, etc.). Stakeholder management experience with the ability to work across regional teams. Advantageous technical skills : Macros, Python, VBA, Alteryx, or similar automation tools. Diploma / Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Details
