Human Resources Manager (人力资源主管)

Education & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in the Malaysian manufacturing industry, familiar with factory operations; proficient in LHDN tax filings and MOM employment regulations, and experience in government relations (e.g., liaison with MIDA and MITI).
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and cross-border employment policies; experience implementing DingTalk or similar systems is preferred.
• Have full working rights for Malaysia, fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese (preferred).

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary, and performance management processes.
• Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Administering compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave, and other HR-related functions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges.
• Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a human resources management role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
