Overview

• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers through site visits, informative presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets by actively generating leads, managing inquiries, and closing sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional, compassionate service and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts, company events, and ensure a smooth after-sales process.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity for management review.
• Ensure compliance to company sales policies, and carry out any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Prestavest Memorial Park Group (“Prestavest”) is the largest and longest established private memorial park group in Northern Malaysia, with branches in Perak (Taiping) and Kedah (Kulim and Alor Setar). We provide cremation, niche placement, and burial services for pre-need and at-need customers. We also provide funeral coordination in our Taiping branch.

Our parks are located on freehold land gazetted for cemetery use by respective state governments, and we have appointed a Public Trustee to oversee and ensure the proper administration and maintenance of the park. We strive to make the parks a comfortable garden in memoriam of the dearly departed and 24 / 7 security.
