About the role
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd in our Bukit Mertajam, Penang office. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listening to customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
- Closing sales and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and any ongoing promotions
- Providing post-sales support and addressing any customer concerns or queries
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
