(Bonus) Experience in video shooting and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro). Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics. Team player with a proactive attitude. Organized and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our property agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, and presentations. A good sense of design aesthetics, branding, and attention to detail is essential. Skills in video editing and shooting are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
- Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- (Optional / Bonus) Assist in video production — filming, editing, and creating short promotional clips for digital marketing.
- Stay updated on design trends and property marketing visuals.
