Job Description

Role Overview :

We're looking for a culture builder — someone who can energize, connect, and engage our people. This role focuses less on training and more on employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and internal communications that bring our values to life across all WORQ branches.

Key Responsibilities :

I) Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and deliver engagement programs (recognition, wellness, team events, cultural rituals).
• Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding company values in everyday experiences.
• Partner with leaders and the culture committee to drive ground-up initiatives that make employees feel heard and valued.
• Gather and act on employee feedback via surveys, focus groups, and townhalls.
