Production Supervisor

Likom Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Melaka. As the Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. This full-time position will have you leading a team of skilled technicians and operators to ensure consistently high-quality output and on-time delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
• Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve production workflows
• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
• Provide training and development opportunities for the production team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to align production activities with the overall business strategy
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of production data and KPIs
