Clinic Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

• Reception duties : answering calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
• Explaining medications to patients and handling the dispensing process.
• Assisting with general clinic administrative tasks.

Requirements :

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in conversation with patients.

Should have own transport and stay near Lintas Square, Kota Kinabalu.

Prior experience is a bonus, but not necessary.

Working Hours :

Monday to Saturday : 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM.

Off on Sundays and public holidays.
