Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient panel billing and claims processes
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinate daily administrative operations, including appointment scheduling and documentation
- Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient access to records
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory procurement
- Support logistical needs including staff travel and event coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Handle phone calls and email communications, escalating issues when necessary
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent required; a diploma / degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferredMinimum of 1 years of experience in clinical or administrative roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare software systemsAble to handle confidential information with discretionFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is an advantageHow to Apply
