What You'll Do

• Partner with multiple clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide hiring insights.
