Strategic Business Developer (Offshore)

What's the role?

International Business Development at Hilti is a leadership role within the global Hilti / Oglaend community. As a business developer, you will focus on a portfolio of Global Accounts (EPCs or Owners) important to the Hilti Group. Your responsibilities include owning and implementing tailored customer strategies, leading their execution to increase adoption of our solutions, and coordinating a worldwide team associated with these accounts.

What does the role involve?

• Accountable for the development of global accounts (Owners, EPCs) in the Energy sector through account standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect), and multi-level relationship management to increase Hilti / Oglaend share of wallet.
• Developing and implementing the strategy for assigned accounts globally, collaborating with Hilti & Oglaend counterparts worldwide.
• Managing the global project pipeline and proactively building Hilti / Oglaend capture teams to focus on aligned projects.
• Providing market intelligence to global teams to refine corporate segment strategies.
• Responsibility at an international level, including regular travel mainly within Europe.
• Maintaining effective communication within the team and company, acting as the owner of the assigned accounts.
• Driving system adoption throughout all project phases to achieve standards and specifications for the assigned accounts.
• Developing account strategies to maximize solution penetration and partnership levels.
• Supporting project capture teams as needed.
