Job Description
You will be part of the Retail Operational Readiness Centre ensuring seamless implementation of technology changes through effective Testing, Training and Documentation. Verticals supported are in AS400 / Mainframe applications, Internet / Mobile Banking applications, Cards and Channels applications.
Your Key Responsibilities Includes
- Handle Manual / Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA / other Bank Approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan
- Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline
- Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest
- Review UAT test results and publish test metrics
- Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail
- Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system / enhancement to impacted operations and / or business users
- Provide post-implementation support to operations users
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degreeFresher or experience preferably in financial institutionsExperience in operations especially Swift standard in either AS400 / Mainframe applications, Internet / Mobile Banking applications, Cards and Channels applications will be an added advantageProficient computer skillsStrong analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and in a teamMotivated driven and can work under pressure and able to complete task given within the project timelineHave a strong organization belonging, team player and willing to share knowledgePositive attitude, willingness to learn and motivated to find solutions to the problemUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
