Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for :
- Reviewing and assessing telemarketing sales calls based on predefined quality standards.
- Identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and trends in sales conversations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, sales scripts, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular call calibration sessions with sales teams and management.
In addition to quality assurance, you will also be responsible for sales training and coaching, including :
Providing detailed, constructive feedback to sales agents on call performance.Developing and delivering sales training programs focused on objection handling, closing techniques, and customer engagement.Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and group training workshops.Designing interactive role-playing exercises and real-time call coaching.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, sales coaching, or training role within telemarketing, call centers, or outbound sales.Ability to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Familiarity with sales KPIs such as conversion rate, call handling time, and customer engagement.Proven experience in sales quality assurance, sales coaching, or telemarketing.Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and customer psychology.Excellent analytical skills to assess call quality and provide actionable feedback.Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to .
