Key Responsibilities
- Hunting for new business and logos across verticals and industries
- Lead the sales strategy and serve as the main point of contact for OutSystems customers
- Push upgrades with growth plans and map prospective accounts around organizational structure and existing technology
- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
- Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live product demos how prospect customers can capture value and envision their future with OutSystems
Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
Minimum of 10 years of quota‑carrying experience selling into the Enterprise spaceDeep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trendsRecognize the stages in the buying cycle for each prospectStrong interpersonal skills and excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills; handle objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiationAbility to communicate with contacts via phone, e‑mail, video, and presentationsTechnical ability to provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenariosDesire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitudeAbility to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity to close, and manage the customer relationship through successGeneral knowledge of the IT industry with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accuratelyAchievement‑driven personality motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross‑business collaborationSolid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrityUnderstanding of and passion for the technology industry—background of prospecting to IT decision makers requiredBenefits
