The role involves working with some of our biggest Customers and Manufacturing facilities. Our CSCM works within our Global
Supply Chain Team and with our Sales, Business Development, Finance, Customer Account Teams and our Customer to
understand the Customer's needs and develop supply chain proposals to meet those needs while also achieving key Sanmina
Supply Chain objectives.
Responsibilities :
To act as a customer advocate, understand our Customers needs and drive Supply Chain strategies to meet
those needs.
Work to improve Sanmina's financial performance through effective pricing management.
Drive the implementation of Logistics Programs (Agility) to ensure upside flexibility and to allow for increased
inventory turns.
Work to improve our Cash Cycle days through AP Terms improvements.
Ensure successful ramp ups of new products and that we minimize and excess and obsolete material when
products ramp down.
Qualifications Required : (Education, experience, skills, etc. Please be specific)
Degree qualified.
At least 6 years experience in manufacturing field in which with 2 years supervisory experience, with
experience in EMS field preferred.
Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams and work in a Global Team environment
Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
Strong customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent in spoken and written English & Mandarin ( To Liase with APAC / Global Market)
