YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute remote deployment and configuration of client’s (backend) systems, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
• Provide first and second-level technical support to resolve incidents or escalate complex issues as needed.
• Conduct routine test and wracking activities to verify system readiness and performance.
• Collaborate with the global Customer Success / Technical Services team to address cross-regional technical challenges.
• Document and maintain records of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and backend best practices to ensure system robustness.
