Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company's goals
- Campaign planning and execution (online & offline)
- Develop graphic design content (social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, website etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, campaigns, and branding
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads etc.)
- Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities
- Design website banners and assist with web visuals
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields is preferredExperienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)Familiar with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO, email marketing, and social media campaignsExperienced in crafting, segmenting, and optimizing email campaigns (e.g., using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot) to drive engagement, retention, and conversions will be added advantageCreative Problem-Solving : Able to craft creative marketing campaignsAdaptability : Stays up-to-date with fast-changing digital trendsMust have their own reliable transportation and willingness to travel for business purposesFresh graduates with passion in digital marketing, and willing to explore their own potential, is welcome to applyJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
