We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and vibrant personality to join our ever-growing team. In this role, the candidate will be part of a small team that develops and executes both traditional and digital marketing strategies to promote the school across various marketing and communications platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement. These include online platforms like social media, website, and email marketing, as well as traditional marketing initiatives like print and event marketing. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have a passion for all things marketing and technology, and be well-versed in digital marketing concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Strategic Planning
- Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and target audiences.
- Set measurable KPIs and track campaign performance across all channels.
2) Digital Marketing Execution
Manage and optimize website content and SEO campaigns.Create and execute engaging social media strategies and content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.Analyze digital traffic, behavior and engagement to identify areas for improvement.3) Content Creation
Generate high-quality content like social media posts, stories, infographics, videos, and social media graphics.4) Marketing Communications
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.Manage print advertising, public relations, and event marketing initiatives.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.5) Public Relations
Develop story angles for media interest.Draft press releases and media distribution.Liaise with key media for story pitching.Explore speaking and award opportunities for spokespersons.Speech writing as and when necessary.Required Skills :
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.2+ years of experience in marketing / digital marketing.Digital Marketing Expertise : Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.Content Creation Skills : Strong writing and photo / video editing abilities, ability to create engaging content for various platforms. An interest in photography / videography is a plus. Experience with graphic design (Photoshop) or digital editing tools such as Canva, is a plus.Data Analysis : Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Able to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative Thinking : Capability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.Communication Skills : Excellent English written and verbal communication to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.Preferably someone with experience working in start-up company.
