Position Overview : The Material Handlers will perform the physical tasks involved in the staging of materials, parts, and supplies for automation manufacturing cells, material transit rooms, staging rooms, etc. The distribution and staging need to occur in a fast-paced environment to facilitate continuous production. This position will be responsible for staging components used in manufacturing in a clean and safe environment, adhering to cGMP within the cleanroom. During plant start-up, this position will work during core business hours, with possible shift adjustments.

Responsibilities :

• Follow written work instructions and procedures for material handling, delivery to cleanroom workstations, material storage, and inventory checks.
• Report and communicate problems to leaders and other functions.
• Work with a team to supply manufacturing cells, operations, and staging locations with materials and components.
• Communicate effectively with production and warehouse leaders to meet operational needs.
• Timely and accurate staging of materials according to production schedules.
• Fill trays with parts from pallets.
• Manage Kanban or WIP via packing and transportation.
• Perform other duties as required.
