Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily security operations at assigned sites and bases
- Plan, schedule, and supervise security personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Act as the main point of contact between the company, clients, and security teams
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, security protocols, and client requirements
- Monitor guard performance, attendance, and deployment to maintain service quality
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and security assessments regularly
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, and training needs
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and client complaints promptly and effectively
- Prepare operational reports and provide management with updates and recommendations
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent issues
- Assist with office-based tasks including scheduling, reports, staff documentation, and administrative work
- Be based in the office as needed to support coordination between departments and operations
