Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of Account Managers.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of account managers.
- Strong funnel management for account team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that broadens account coverage and ensures strong presence.
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
- Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships to gather market insights and build industry intelligence.
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Develop your account team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
Qualifications
BS / MS degree in business administration or a related field.Relevant years of work experience in sales, management, and key account management.People management skills – an advantage.Self‑motivated and self‑directed, with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Application Process
