What the Role Entails : Your Mandate for Impact
You'll operate as a Managing Consultant within your domain, with dual responsibility for market growth and team performance. Your day-to-day will be a mix of strategic leadership, hands-on recruitment excellence, and business development.
1. Build, Lead, and Conquer (Specialism Ownership)
- Take the Financial Helm : Assume full ownership of your functional specialism's P&L, drive financial results and report directly on the performance of your business
- Develop and execute a winning strategy to grow new and existing business opportunities immediately, turning potential into high-value, repeat client partnerships.

2. Strategic Partnerships and Client Consulting

Proven Leadership : A minimum of 2 years of people leadership / management experience is essential.
