Assistant Building Manager

Responsibilities :

• To manage buildings and to guide developers / JMBs based on Strata & Management Act 757 and at the same time to comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga Guidelines and Building by-Law.
• To make and get annual budget approved, manage well developers' / JMBs' account, to ensure the collection of the service charges and other charges and to pay all bills on a timely manner.
• To plan, implement SOPs on Safety & Security, Housekeeping & landscaping activities, Repair and maintenance works by Staffs and outsource contractors on the building services.
• To handle minor up grading projects which should include tendering process, recommendation of award, work implementation and supervision for the buildings.
• To assist tenants, owners and other department on the technical support whenever it is required.
• To assess on the approved renovation plan of tenants & owners and to monitor renovation works in compliance with the authorities' and the operation management's requirements.
• To liaise with authority, service providers, contractors and JMBs for the smooth operation of the Building.
• To participate in the building design stage in order to incorporate the standards into the building design from Up-stream.
