Ensure smooth operation of MT4 / MT5 platforms and associated systems (training provided). Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges / Hubs, plugins, and external tools. Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows). Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems. Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in IT or a related field. Interest in the financial industries; experience with MT4 / MT5 is preferred. IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus. Familiarity with Linux / Unix / Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is an advantage. Fresh graduates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome to apply. Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with global colleagues. Willing to work in a 24x7 on-site shift rotation with a competitive shift allowance (5 working days per week).
