Telemarketing Sales Executive
We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to Singapore-based corporate clients, primarily SMEs, to introduce and upsell our employee health benefits, executive health screenings, and other healthcare solutions. You will manage the entire telesales sales process, from prospecting to contract conclusion, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and present tailored solutions.
- Promote and upsell employee health benefits packages, executive health screenings, and related corporate wellness services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, contract finalisation, and onboarding of new clients.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Calendly, and other telemarketing systems like Zoom & Teams for outreach and track performance.
- Maintain client information, call notes, and follow-up tasks in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and activity KPIs.
- Collaborate with the rest of direct sales team to refine handover complex leads, launch campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing & inside salesProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in B2B environments.Excellent spoken and written English, clear, confident, and professional phone manner is essential.Proficiency in telemarketing tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), and online scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly).Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
