Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, Innovation, or related field 6-10 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or technology implementation. Strong understanding of emerging tech trends (Al, cloud, UX, automation). Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional innovation projects and change initiatives. Knowledge domain expert talk during monthly internal town hall Provide monthly reporting on the Monthly Credo Meeting Over than 4 training in a year (Online / Physical / attend conference) Qualifications
