We're Hiring : Sales & Marketing Executive, Medical Equipment

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our medical equipment team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and execute marketing strategies in the healthcare sector. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in the expanding medical equipment industry.

Role : Sales & Marketing Executive

What You'll Do :

• Drive sales of medical equipment across hospitals and eldercare facilities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, while expanding professional networks within the healthcare industry.
• Maintain and support existing accounts, while proactively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.  Strengthen engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build trust and long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate and manage company-assigned events, including industry exhibitions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training sessions; oversee product trials, gather user feedback, and support product development initiatives.
• Provide monthly reports that include market analysis, competitor activities, promotional insights, and emerging customer needs.

What We're Looking For :

1+ years of sales or marketing experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Interest in healthcare and medical equipment industry

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications welcome
