- Manage and supervise the organization's IT operations to guarantee the availability, performance, and reliability of essential systems.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives, prioritizing cybersecurity and risk management.
- Lead IT projects focusing on infrastructure upgrades, ERP enhancements, and security improvements to boost operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies, data protection laws, and IT governance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and promptly address IT issues related to infrastructure, ERP platforms, and user support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance the integration and utilization of ERP and digital technologies throughout the organization.
- Oversee relationships with vendors, including ERP and security service providers, negotiating contracts to optimize value.
- Monitor IT and ERP budgets, maintaining cost efficiency while fostering growth and innovation within the company.
